Website / Desktop Application is developed using the whole Software Development Life Cycle, including planning, implementing, and testing. These continuous steps are applied to produce more maintainable, testable, flexible, and reusable software. In planning process, the necessary information about product and your company
will be collected to define customer’s requirements. This process includes
analyzing software architecture and designing database relational scheme. Customer has full rights on using the product that ordered. Customer AgreementsAdvanced PaymentCustomer agrees to pay in advance the agreed payment. Aliya Soft decides how many percent the advanced of the full payment is. Rest PaymentCustomer agrees to pay the rest of the agreed payment minus the advanced. The rest is paid at the time when the order is delivered. We deliver the order right after passing the quality testing (as referred to “Testing and Training”). Additional CostCustomer agrees to bear additional cost in case of: Testing and TrainingWe provide free training for each product. Training might be in type of manual book or presentation directly to the customer. Which type of training is decided by Aliya Soft. The presentation training is a one-day training that will be held after a product delivery. After Sales ServicesAfter sales services starts at the time when the activation email is sent to
the customer’s email. Product WarrantyProduct warranty is valid until one month from the date when customer receives and approves the ordered product. PointBonus Point is a point that is given to the customer each time they do transaction.
The point is calculated by: GeneralBoth parties shall not take any dispute to court, unless exhaustive attempts
have failed to reach a peaceful settlement. |
